We only use animals that live in the wild in the lower Murgia Pugliese. Our products are processed using an artisanal method. Once the meat has been weakened, it is cut into very small pieces with the tip of a knife and left to rest for 24 hours in steel containers.
Prosciutto crudo is a product made from selected pork legs, to be combined with a fresh slice of melon.
Seasoning: 18 months
Storage: store the product at room temperature and do not cover it with plastic wrap.
Cutting: pork hind leg.

Payment for the products, as well as any applicable shipping and delivery costs, must be made according to one of the methods indicated during the purchase process in the “Payments” step. Under no circumstances will the Customer be charged additional fees beyond those actually applied by Capocollo di Martina Franca S.r.l., based on the selected payment method.
PayPal is currently the secure, commission-free payment system.
Upon confirmation of the transaction, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment of the corresponding amount, which will be charged immediately. For security reasons, Capocollo di Martina Franca S.r.l. accepts payments only from verified PayPal accounts.
Through PayPal, it is also possible to pay using credit or prepaid cards:
In the case of payment by credit card via PayPal, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be transmitted via encrypted protocol to PayPal without any third party having access to it in any way.
Such information will never be used by Capocollo di Martina Franca S.r.l. except to issue refunds in the event of product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report fraud to the competent authorities.
If the funds are sufficient and the data correctly entered, the transaction is authorized instantly and the order is confirmed via email. The purchase will be processed as soon as payment is received, subject to product availability in stock.
