A story of Family and Tradition
Salumi Cervellera was born from the love of founder Giuseppe Cervellera, an artisan and butcher since his youth, for the tradition of his land.
In his charcuterie factory, just a few kilometers from Martina Franca, artisanal production of typical Apulian products comes first.
