It is the result of the processing of pork underrib with adipose fat with or without rind. The meat, after the addition of coarse sea salt, cooked wine and black pepper, is stuffed into natural 100% Italian pork casings and subjected to a light note of natural smoking with fragno peel.
Seasoning: 150 days
Storage: Store the product at room temperature and do not cover it with film.
Cutting: it is obtained from the pork fillet near the ribs.
Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, vincotto (white wine, grape cooked, sulphites), spices, flavourings, antioxidants E301, preservatives E252-E250, smoked with strawberry wood
