Two events and a great opportunity to bring the authentic flavors of Puglia and the Itria Valley to the Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cervellera Cured Meats Factory enthusiastically took part in Pizza Convention Excellence<\/strong>, an event that brought together some of the finest pizzaioli, including Italy\u2019s number one, Franco Pepe<\/strong>, alongside other masters of dough and leavening. In this setting of excellence, our cured meats\u2014true to form\u2014stood out for their flavor, craftsmanship, and top-quality ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journey into the heart of Italian gastronomy continued that evening in a different yet equally special atmosphere: the presentation of “Divinae Follie”<\/strong> by Lucio Palazzo<\/strong>held at the evocative Roody Studios in Rome<\/strong>, renowned as one of the city\u2019s most vibrant creative spaces. Many distinguished guests attended, including Nunzia De Girolamo<\/strong> and the decidedly Apulian Checco Zalone<\/strong>, who both expressed particular appreciation for the Cervellera range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our family business, it was not only an opportunity to share a story rooted in tradition and terroir, but also to strengthen our connection with an attentive, curious audience passionate about local excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
