That of the Cervellera company is first and foremost a\u00a0story of family and tradition<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p>

Giuseppe Cervellera, founder, artisan and trader specializing in the\u00a0production of cured meats<\/b>, has always been involved with meats and cold cuts since his childhood. Driven by a passion for this industry, he decided to open his own butcher shop at the age of 18.\u00a0
His love, care and attention given to the production of cured meats is the same passed on to his two sons, Gianluca and Andrea. Thanks in part to their drive as enterprising young people,\u00a0Cervellera products<\/b>\u00a0soon became an excellence on the national and international scene. Quality recognized and awarded on \u201cLunari di Puglia\u201d as \u201cBest producer of capocolli martinesi.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>


They added to the butcher's shop a braceria, Rosso di sera, where customers can feel at home thanks to the courtesy of the Cervellera family and staff and where they can enjoy their own\u00a0capocollo di Martina Franca<\/b>, produced\u00a0handcrafted<\/b>\u00a0, high quality grilled meats and house cold cuts and cheeses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
